Job summary

UPM in Wrocław, DO, PL, is seeking a Specialist/Senior Specialist, Procurement to join our Direct Procurement Team. The role focuses on raw material planning, supplier collaboration, forecasting, and inventory optimization to support European factories.

You will work with SAP IBP, o9, Kinaxis and other systems, contributing to continuous improvement of procurement processes and master data quality. The position offers a hybrid model with on-site collaboration in Wrocław and at the Biskupice

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in procurement, material planning or inventory management in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate data into actions.
• Proactive, independent, able to drive topics to completion; team-oriented; good communication.
• Experience with SAP and MS Excel; Power BI experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure raw material availability with accurate forecasts and timely supplier communication.
• Translate business requirements into procurement planning parameters using APS tools.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks; coordinate contingency actions with stakeholders.
• Plan raw material replenishment aligned with production schedules and inventory targets.
• Maintain master data, create new raw material codes and vendor records as needed.
• Lead procurement topics; support other specialists per development plan.
