UPM is seeking a Specialist/Senior Specialist, Procurement for our hybrid role in the Wrocław area (Biskupice Podgórne) and UPM Business Hub Poland in Wrocław. You will join the Direct Procurement Team across EMEIA, driving raw material planning, supplier collaboration, and process improvements.

We require a Bachelor’s in a related field and at least 5 years in procurement within manufacturing, with strong analytical skills and English fluency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or related
• 5+ years in procurement, material planning, inventory management or similar in manufacturing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with KPI interpretation
• Proactive, independent, and able to drive topics to completion
• Good collaboration and communication skills with suppliers and stakeholders
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus

Responsabilidades

• Ensure raw material availability with quality forecasts and timely supplier communication
• Translate business requirements into procurement planning parameters and inventory decisions
• Identify and mitigate supply risks; coordinate contingency actions
• Plan raw material replenishment aligned with production schedules and capacity
• Present procurement topics in internal and supplier meetings and support other specialists
