Job summary

State Street Corporation seeks an Assistant Vice President, Technology Process Re-Engineering in Kraków to drive priority process mapping and re-engineering initiatives. You will gather information from multiple sources, translate it into current-state and future-state documentation, and deliver on quality and timing expectations with risk and control emphasis.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology process improvement, process mapping, business analysis, operational excellence, technology transformation, project delivery, or risk-aligned remediation initiatives within large organizations.
• Experience completing complex process documentation and project deliverables in financial services, technology, operations, risk management, or other regulated environments.
• Knowledge of BPMN, SIPOC, value stream mapping, Lean, Six Sigma, and related mapping methods.

Responsibilities

• Document end-to-end process maps with activities, roles, systems, handoffs, controls, inputs, outputs, and KPIs.
• Perform structured process analysis to identify duplication, manual workarounds, and control gaps.
• Prepare materials for working sessions with process owners and transformation teams; capture decisions and actions.
• Maintain process maps, action logs, and status reporting; escalate delays to PMO lead.
