Qualifikationen
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in data privacy, protection, or cybersecurity consulting.
- Strong understanding of global privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and others.
- ISMS, PIMS, DPDPA, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, UK DPA, PIPEDA Compliance & Frameworks, Privacy Tools.
Aufgaben
- Design, implement, and oversee privacy and data protection programs tailored to client needs.
- Evaluate clients’ privacy and security controls, identifying gaps and building actionable roadmaps.
- Lead privacy gap assessments, PIAs, RoPA, DPIs, and audits across diverse sectors.
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and management of TrustArc privacy solutions, including data mapping, DPIAs, consent management, DSAR workflows, and compliance monitoring.
