Job summary

Tsaaro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Data Protection Consultant to guide clients through privacy programs, governance, and regulatory readiness. You will lead engagements on risk management, DPIAs, and audits, and oversee data protection implementations for GDPR, DPDP, and global laws.

The role emphasizes practical, risk-based consulting, with hybrid work options and ongoing support for professional development and certifications.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in data privacy, protection, or cybersecurity consulting.
Strong understanding of global privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and others.
ISMS, PIMS, DPDPA, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, UK DPA, PIPEDA Compliance & Frameworks, Privacy Tools.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and oversee privacy and data protection programs tailored to client needs.
Evaluate clients’ privacy and security controls, identifying gaps and building actionable roadmaps.
Lead privacy gap assessments, PIAs, RoPA, DPIs, and audits across diverse sectors.
Lead the implementation, configuration, and management of TrustArc privacy solutions, including data mapping, DPIAs, consent management, DSAR workflows, and compliance monitoring.
