SimCorp is seeking a Senior Compliance Counsel in Warsaw to support the data protection framework across the organization. You will work with the 1st LoD and cross-functional teams to advise on data protection topics, drive the data protection agenda, and oversee audits with Information Security and vendors.

Qualifications

• Have a degree in law, commercial law or similar relevant education.
• At least 5 years of experience with data protection and privacy.
• Good analytical skills and ability to balance business advice with high standards.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Group Data Protection Officer to implement and monitor the data protection framework across SimCorp.
• Advise and support 1st LoD and cross-functional teams on data protection topics.
• Collaborate with Vendor Management and Information Security on data protection audits and data processors.
• Maintain and develop policies, procedures and training material for data protection and IT compliance.
