Job summary
Durr Group Services is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to drive adoption, governance, and continued development of Microsoft Power Platform across the organization. You will lead complex solutions, mentor makers, and ensure governance standards are followed.
You will design and deliver enterprise-scale Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio solutions, provide technical guidance, review architectures, and collaborate with stakeholders to unlock automation
Qualifications
- Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations.
- Experience with Copilot Studio and AI-powered business solutions.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
- Strong governance, security, compliance, and lifecycle management knowledge.
- Ability to drive topics with minimal supervision and mentor others.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions.
- Review connector requests in alignment with security and governance.
- Support and mentor citizen developers and makers across the organization.
- Perform code reviews and establish development best practices.
- Ensure solution quality, maintainability, and scalability.
- Support ALM, deployments, and governance processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Provide technical guidance for complex integrations and architecture decisions.
