Job summary
Dürr Group seeks a Senior Power Platform Developer to lead adoption, governance, and development of Microsoft Power Platform solutions across the organization. You will mentor makers, ensure governance standards, and serve as a technical expert for Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
You will design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions, review connectors, support ALM, and drive automation initiatives across the global landscape.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations.
- Experience with Copilot Studio and AI-powered business solutions.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
- Strong understanding of governance, security, compliance, and lifecycle management.
- Experience conducting technical design reviews and code reviews.
- Ability to work independently and drive topics with minimal supervision.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to support technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities

- Review and approve new connector requests in alignment with security, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Support and mentor citizen developers and makers across the organization.
- Perform code reviews and establish development best practices.
- Ensure solution quality, maintainability, and scalability.
- Support application lifecycle management (ALM), deployments, and governance processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation and digitalization opportunities.
- Provide technical guidance for complex integrations and architecture decisions.

As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will play a key role in driving the adoption, governance, and further development of Microsoft Power Platform solutions across the organization. You will not only develop complex solutions yourself but also support makers and citizen developers, ensure compliance with governance standards, and act as a technical expert for Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions using:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Dataverse
- Power Pages
- Copilot Studio
- Review and approve new connector requests in alignment with security, compliance, and governance requirements[WB1]
- Support and mentor citizen developers and makers across the organization
- Perform code reviews and establish development best practices
- Ensure solution quality, maintainability, and scalability

- Several years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations

- Strong understanding of governance, security, compliance, and lifecycle management

- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (AB-410, PL-400, PL-600, PL-900 or equivalent)

- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and AI capabilities
