Job summary

HCLTech in Poland is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and architect scalable enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive digital transformation.

You will mentor junior developers, lead workshops, and ensure security and governance across the Power Platform, including integrations with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Azure.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Power Platform development.
• Security best practices across the Power Platform.
• Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
• Broad Microsoft stack: Dynamics 365, M365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Azure.
• Experience with application-to-application integrations, APIs, and connectors.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and consulting skills.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Power Platform certifications are desirable.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Lead integration with Microsoft services and third-party systems via APIs and connectors.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and intuitive apps.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and present solution architectures to stakeholders.
• Stay current with Power Platform advancements and industry best practices.
