Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to partner with enterprise customers across Central and Eastern Europe, driving adoption of the ElevenLabs platform including speech models, creative tools, and agents.

You will onboard and enable multiple products, analyze usage signals, and identify friction points to realize measurable value. The role also owns revenue expansion, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities with Sales and Engineering input.

Qualifications

7+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS, AI/ML products in CEE.
Proven revenue quota attainment with cross-sell and renewals responsibilities.
Strong understanding of the CEE market landscape and cultural nuances.
Familiarity with building and deploying AI agents.
Fluent in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

Partner with enterprise customers across Central and Eastern Europe to drive adoption of the ElevenLabs platform.
Administer onboarding and enablement across multiple products; advise on deployment best practices.
Analyze usage and performance signals to identify friction and unlock adoption.
Own commercial outcomes across defined accounts; focus on net revenue retention and expansion.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership; help build early GTM in region.
