Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring a Solutions Engineer to scale our voice AI platform for a growing enterprise base. You will collaborate with sales to tailor technical demonstrations, work directly with customers to architect integrations, and create resources that empower both customers and the sales team.

You’ll build self-service tooling, craft compelling technical stories, and help product teams standardize common integration patterns across our platform.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and software development concepts.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience identifying scalable patterns and integrating with customer systems.
• Comfort working with customers and sales teams to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to tailor technical sales discussions.
• Engage with customer and prospect technical contacts to design integration solutions.
• Create compelling technical demonstrations to articulate product value.
• Develop enablement resources that boost the sales team's technical fluency.
• Build self-service tools and documentation to empower customers.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns and collaborate with product teams.
