Dyson IT is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Supply Chain Systems) to lead complex technology delivery across planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics and fulfilment. You will orchestrate multi‑discipline teams, vendors and stakeholders to achieve measurable business outcomes with governance and control.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex, cross‑functional IT projects or programmes.
• Experience delivering enterprise systems projects across supply chain, manufacturing, planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics.
• Strong project management discipline including planning, dependency management, RAID, governance and reporting.
• Experience working with senior business stakeholders and translating priorities into delivery plans.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts and commercial implications with governance.
• Experience working with systems integrators, software vendors, MSPs or other third‑party delivery partners.
• Good understanding of enterprise technology delivery across architecture, data, integrations, testing, release management, cyber security and service transition.
• Excellent communication skills for executive updates and Steering Committee materials.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities and complex dependencies across multiple teams, regions and time zones.
• Strong leadership behaviours with the ability to motivate virtual teams, remove blockers, escalate appropriately and maintain focus on business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex Supply Chain Systems projects and programmes; manage scope, milestones, risks and budgets.
• Own and maintain robust project plans with activities, milestones and dependencies.
• Drive delivery across planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, fulfilment and manufacturing integration.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape delivery outcomes, clarify requirements and resolve trade‑offs.
• Manage project financials: forecasts, budgets, actuals, resource plans and change impacts.
• Identify, document, track and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies across teams and vendors.
• Establish governance and reporting cadences including Steering Committee materials.
• Coordinate delivery across product managers, business analysts, solution architects and partners.
• Ensure delivery approaches consider architecture, cyber security, data, compliance and operational readiness.
• Build relationships with vendors, integrators and service partners to ensure delivery quality.
• Support business case development, benefits tracking and value realisation.
• Contribute to delivery standards and continuous improvement across Global IT.
• Lead through ambiguity and protect delivery momentum across global stakeholders.
• Support knowledge transfer and transition to sustainable support models.
