Descrizione del lavoro

Hostaway is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and delivery for pricing, availability, and listing content within our core product domain. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and channel teams to build experiences property managers trust, leveraging AI tooling to move ideas from discovery to shipped product.

The role emphasizes commercial impact, user-centric design, and ongoing discovery as part of a fast-growing, remote-friendly company.

Competenze

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B software, ideally for professional users who rely on the product all day.
• Experience owning a broad product area with multiple connected workflows, not just a single feature, and making complex systems easier to understand and use, especially where external platforms behave differently.
• You build with AI as part of your daily workflow, comfortable going from idea to clickable or working prototype with AI coding tools, and excited by the idea of a PM who ships, not just specs.
• Enough technical fluency to work confidently with engineers on APIs and integrations; you won't build them yourself.
• Run continuous discovery as your default operating mode.
• Sound judgment on trade-offs, and the resilience to work through long-standing problems in a product customers depend on.

Mansioni

• Own strategy and delivery for core product domain (pricing, availability and listings).
• Define vision, roadmap and execution across pricing, availability and listing content.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and channel teams to deliver trusted experiences for property managers.
• Lead build missions from discovery to shipped product using AI tooling.
