Profitroom is seeking an ambitious Product Manager to own Suite—the admin panel, onboarding flow, and platform foundation that hotels meet daily. You will set the roadmap, oversee the shared UI framework, and drive key admin experiences across the product stack.

You will collaborate with Onboarding, Support, and CS teams to reduce friction, apply AI and data insights to optimize funnels, and scale multi-property configurations for hotel groups. The role is 100% remote with growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• 3+ years as a Product Manager / Product Owner with full ownership of discovery and prioritization.
• Experience in hospitality sector and SaaS admin
• AI tools for research, rapid prototyping and user insight analysis
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in Polish (C1) and English for global client interaction

Responsabilidades

• Platform Ownership: Define and maintain the Suite roadmap and core admin experiences.
• Redesign Onboarding: Build a faster, self-service onboarding journey.
• Scale Multi-Property Management: Architect features for hotel groups and chains.
• Drive In-App Support: Develop integrated ticketing, knowledge bases, and chatbot solutions.
• Continuous Discovery: Lead customer discovery with global hoteliers and coordinate with Onboarding/Support/CS.
• Leverage Data & AI: Use AI tools and analytics to improve usability and measure impact.
