Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions in Poland is seeking a Project Manager with Content management or Digital Experience Platform (DXP) experience to join our eCommerce Team on a contract basis. You will lead diverse teams, align with the Programme Manager, and drive complex projects to successful delivery.

The role requires strong PM skills, deep CMS/DXP know-how, and a track record in ecommerce initiatives. This is a B2B contract in Poland with a hybrid work model and close collaboration with senior

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience delivering software projects.
• Ecommerce experience preferred in a retail environment.
• Hands-on CMS/DXP project experience (Optimizely, Contentful, AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco).
• Experience gathering requirements for content architecture and migrations.
• Experience re-platforming projects and owning cutover processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex software projects using Agile methodologies.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and manage interdependencies.
• Provide accurate status reports on milestones, risks and budgets.
• Ensure delivery within budget and timelines.
• Support junior PMs and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Foster process improvements and effective client communication.
• Maintain resource plans and adjust as needed.
