Job summary

PROJECT44 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Customer Experience Team within Professional Services in Kraków. You will lead end-to-end software implementations for global customers, ensuring on-time delivery, scope adherence, and high satisfaction.

You will partner with Solutions Architects and cross-functional groups, manage governance, timelines, budgets, and risk, and occasionally travel to client sites to ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Additional languages (German, French/Spanish/Italian) are a strong differentiator.
• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing project management, preferably in SaaS implementations.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities and timelines.
• Experience with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer implementations on time, within scope and budget.
• Partner with Solutions Architects to define governance and delivery across phases.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, and Support.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with proactive mitigation.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites as needed for delivery.
