PandaDoc is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Document Experience, redefining how professionals create, collaborate on, and finalize documents in an AI-driven world.

You will own strategy and execution for PandaDoc’s core document experiences, shaping structured content, collaboration, and intelligent assistance into cohesive workflows that move customers from ideas to signed agreements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning complex user-facing domains end-to-end — strategy through delivery and iteration.
• Familiar with document systems, structured content, and cross-format editing models.
• Experience shipping AI-powered product features with UX behavior definition and rollout strategies.
• Ability to integrate AI into workflows with measurable user outcomes.
• Proven rapid discovery and iteration using prototypes, experiments, and AI-assisted tools.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to translate ambiguous AI capabilities into dependable product experiences.
• Strong communication to simplify complexity and align cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact initiatives across document creation, authoring and collaboration experiences.
• Shape cohesive end-to-end document workflows, enabling users to move from drafting to completion.
• Integrate AI capabilities directly into document experiences with a focus on real user outcomes.
• Define product direction for modern document systems blending structured content, intelligent assistance, and collaboration.
• Partner with design, engineering, AI platform, and core platform teams on APIs, integrations, and data models.
• Collaborate with other senior PMs to ensure consistent, connected journeys across PandaDoc.
• Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, customer feedback, and product telemetry.
• Shape long-term direction of PandaDoc’s Document Domain for evolving AI-powered capabilities.
