Fourthwall is seeking a Senior Platform Security Engineer to co-own and secure the GCP/GKE platform, focusing on security-by-design, policy enforcement and automation. You will integrate with the existing owner to drive secure engineering practices across teams in a remote Poland context.

The role requires hands-on security engineering, vulnerability management, and building guardrails with CI/CD integration. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• You have owned a production cloud platform at a senior level with consequential changes, failures and recovery.
• You have done security engineering work end to end, including vulnerability management and security incident handling.

Responsabilités

• Own the platform security alongside the current owner for GCP/GKE, handling security by design.
• Develop and enforce guardrails, policies, and automated scans to prevent leaks and misconfigurations.
• Run the vulnerability disclosure programme (VDP) and manage intake, severity, routing and disclosures.
• Lead AI-enabled security initiatives and automation in cloud operations.
• Explain risk to engineers, researchers and leadership with clear English.
