Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. in Kraków seeks a Software Security Engineer (Backend) to design, develop and maintain secure, scalable backend services on Google Cloud Platform. You will drive security, cloud architecture, and engineering excellence while mentoring peers in an Agile environment.

You will work with Python, Node.js, Go, and TypeScript across GKE, Pub/Sub, and Terraform, delivering production-grade solutions with strong emphasis on Zero Trust and authentication flows.

Qualificações

• Python and Django and/or Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS.
• Production-grade backend services experience.
• Go knowledge and modern backend practices.
• Hands-on with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Cloud Run, GKE and Filestore.
• Terraform IaC expertise.
• Secure backend applications at scale.
• Strong Zero Trust security understanding.
• OAuth2 and OpenID Connect knowledge.
• PostgreSQL performance optimization.
• Event-Driven architectures using Pub/Sub.
• Software architecture and design skills.
• Fullstack awareness with backend focus.
• Problem-solving and innovation mindset.
• Mentoring engineers and engineering excellence.
• Automation, observability, resiliency and cloud-native ops.
• Agile engineering collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and maintain secure backend services and cloud-native apps.
• Drive Engineering Excellence across Software Security platforms.
• Deliver production-ready code and contribute to development activities.
• Build scalable backends with Python, Node.js, and cloud-native tech.
• Architect solutions on GKE and optimize PostgreSQL for high concurrency.
• Build and support event-driven architectures using Pub/Sub.
• Own full lifecycle of services on GCP with resilience and cost efficiency.
• Design and manage OAuth2 and OpenID Connect authentication flows.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Promote standards, quality, automation and operational excellence.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical leadership.
• Drive adoption of secure coding, automation and cloud engineering.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies and trends.
