Takeda is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Collaboration & Productivity Platform Services, defining strategy, governance, and delivery across multiple platform domains. You will drive modernization of Microsoft 365, AI-enabled productivity tools, and automation while aligning business priorities with technology strategy.

You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value at a global scale.

Formación

• Extensive experience leading enterprise collaboration and digital workplace platforms.
• Strong governance, enterprise architecture, and security framing experience.
• Proven track record managing large-scale transformation and adoption initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute strategic vision, roadmaps, and operating model for collaboration and productivity platforms.
• Lead teams responsible for engineering, operations, governance, and platform transformation.
• Align portfolio priorities with business objectives and investment plans.
• Drive modernization across Microsoft 365, AI-enabled platforms, automation, and digital workplace services.
• Govern platform performance, quality, risk, compliance, and financial management.
• Communicate portfolio performance and roadmap progress to senior leadership.
