Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Manager for Collaboration & Productivity Platforms in Lodz, Poland. You will lead platform engineering and service delivery teams responsible for collaboration and productivity technologies, ensuring alignment with security, standards, and business needs.

You will establish roadmaps, manage lifecycle activities, and drive modernization programs while partnering with architecture, security, and stakeholders to deliver capabilities and measurable improvements.

About the role The Manager, Collaboration & Productivity Platforms is responsible for leading the delivery, operation, and evolution of platform services supporting Takeda's collaboration and productivity ecosystem. This role ensures platform services are aligned with customer needs, enterprise standards, security requirements, and strategic objectives while delivering high-quality user experiences and reliable service outcomes.

Base Salary Range: zł215,000.00 - zł295,570.00
