Takeda is seeking a Modern Workplace Delivery Lead to manage operational governance, adoption, and continuous improvement of our employee productivity platforms. You will lead initiatives across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Adobe solutions, collaborating with global stakeholders to maximize value and improve the employee experience.

This role translates technical changes into clear business guidance, develops adoption programs, oversees licensing, and mentors

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
8+ years supporting enterprise collaboration platforms.
Strong expertise in MS Teams, MS 365, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud and/or Creative Cloud solutions.
Experience with Copilot and AI-enabled workplace technologies.
Experience leading platform adoption, change management, and user enablement initiatives.
Strong understanding of SaaS service operations, licensing models, governance, and platform lifecycle management.
Experience developing end-user communications, training programs, support strategies, and knowledge management practices.

Responsabilidades
