Relativity is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Engineering Platform team, building the cloud-native backbone powering Relativity’s development ecosystem. You will work on high-impact initiatives that shape how engineers build, test, deploy, and scale software—driving technical excellence across the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and reliable platform services and developer tooling using .NET and Microsoft Azure
• Lead the development of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) components to automate and standardize cloud infrastructure
• Drive adoption of DevOps practices and CI/CD automation across engineering teams
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build reusable capabilities that improve development speed and consistency
• Integrate observability, performance monitoring, and self-service tooling into the platform ecosystem
• Mentor and support engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing
• Proactively identify improvement areas, experiment with solutions, and deliver results with a bias toward action
• Contribute to initiatives that embed AI/ML into platform services and developer workflows
