Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Engineering Platform team to build the cloud-native backbone powering Relativity’s development ecosystem. You will enable scalable, secure platform services, developer tooling, and AI/ML integration in a fast-moving, autonomous environment.

You will mentor engineers, drive automation using Terraform, Azure, and CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with global teams to raise the bar on reliability and performance across our cloud-native stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with C# and .NET.
• Strong Azure services expertise and cloud-native patterns.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Experience building or supporting CI/CD systems and modern DevOps pipelines.
• Familiarity with containers and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or AKS.
• Demonstrated success working in Agile teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design, build, and operate scalable, secure, and reliable platform services and developer tooling using .NET and Microsoft Azure

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
208 000 and 312 000PLN
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
