Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Engineering Platform team, building the cloud-native backbone powering Relativity’s development ecosystem.

You will design, implement, and scale platform services using .NET, Azure, and IaC, while driving DevOps maturity and enabling sustainable engineering practices across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Deep hands-on experience with Azure services and cloud-native application patterns.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Experience building or supporting CI/CD systems and modern DevOps pipelines.
• Familiarity with containers and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or AKS.
• Demonstrated success working in Agile teams and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

208 000 and 312 000PLN

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
