Job summary

Ledger Wallet's Platform Team is building the skeleton and infrastructure for Ledger Wallet, with a focus on scalable monorepo architecture and developer experience. You will own tech stack governance, tooling, and cross‑platform strategies across Mobile and Desktop.

You will lead architecture decisions, improve build speed, and drive micro‑frontend adoption while mentoring peers and enforcing best practices in TypeScript, React, Electron, and React Native.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software development with significant frontend architecture experience.
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• Experience managing Monorepos (Nx/Turborepo/Lerna) and configuring build tools.
• Experience with React Native and/or Electron for cross‑platform impact.
• Practical micro-frontends or modular architecture experience.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
• Empathetic, service‑oriented mindset toward internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Set and uphold standards for Ledger Wallet monorepo architecture.
• Architect automated CI/CD and micro-frontend solutions for scalable deployments.
• Build internal tooling and scripts to reduce developer friction.
• Govern core tech stack and oversee upgrades and debt reduction.
• Act as a technical reference and perform high‑level code reviews.
