Lever, Inc. in Poland is seeking a Trenches / Web3 Frontend Developer to own the client experience for an onchain trading terminal across Solana and EVM, delivering features from idea to production in a remote-first environment.

You will tackle latency-sensitive surfaces, unify wallet experiences, and collaborate across frontend, UX, backend, and DevOps, using AI-native practices to accelerate delivery while preserving production quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years frontend engineering with production Web3/onchain products.
• Experience shipping products with real users and money (perpetuals, DEX, trading terminals).
• Hands-on production experience with both Solana and EVM ecosystems.
• Familiarity with onchain trading mechanics (fills, slippage, fees, execution).
• Strong frontend expertise in real-time apps (WebSockets, RPC, optimistic UI).
• Ability to own features end-to-end and launch them independently.
• Experience with wallet adapters and embedded wallets like Privy.
• Strong self-management, communication, and remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the frontend client experience for trenches trading across Solana and EVM.
• Take end-to-end ownership of at least one revenue-generating surface from idea to production.
• Build latency-sensitive trading interfaces with live data and order flow.
• Unify Solana and EVM wallet experiences with parity across platforms.
• Optimize frontend performance using WebSockets, RPC, and optimistic UI.
• Collaborate with frontend, UX, backend, and DevOps in a compact team.
• Apply AI-native development practices to accelerate delivery while ensuring quality.
