Job summary

Kyriba is seeking a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer in Warsaw to design, build, and operate a robust cloud platform on AWS. You will automate infrastructure, evolve CI/CD pipelines, and enable self-service provisioning for developers using Kubernetes-native patterns.

The role emphasizes platform reliability, observability, and collaboration with Production Ops, DBA, SRE, and application teams. Strong automation mindset and expertise with Terraform, ArgoCD, and Datadog are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience building and operating a SaaS platform on AWS.
• 3+ years of experience as a platform engineer contributing to automation and self-service ecosystems.
• 3+ years of Terraform in AWS infrastructure.
• Strong Kubernetes expertise including controllers and CRDs.
• Solid CI/CD and GitOps experience (ArgoCD, Kargo, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Datadog, Splunk).
• Exposure to AIOps practices and automated remediation.
• Experience integrating infra with Kubernetes workloads (PV, PVC, StorageClass).
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate infrastructure automation across AWS and Kubernetes.
• Support and evolve continuous delivery pipelines for multiple environments.
• Develop self-service capabilities for infra resources via Kubernetes-native APIs.
• Create platform abstractions, golden paths, and reusable modules.
• Improve cluster reliability, security, and scalability with advanced Kubernetes practices.
• Implement observability across the platform using Datadog, Splunk, and similar tools.
• Provide L2 support for automation systems and participate in on-call rotations.
