Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer in Warsaw to design, build, and operate our cloud and infrastructure stack. You will automate deployments, manage AKS clusters, and ensure secure, scalable delivery of digital platforms.

You will collaborate with architects, security, and product teams to implement automation-first solutions and maintain reliable, observable systems across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4-6 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or cloud platform engineering roles.
• Proven track record of designing and operating cloud infrastructure in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Automation: Design, provision, and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform. Automate deployments for scalability and security.
• Cloud & Platform Management (Azure): Manage AKS clusters, identity and access, and databases with robust security controls.
• CI/CD & Software Delivery: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions; manage container lifecycles and deployment workflows.
• Monitoring, Security & Assurance: Implement observability, monitor performance, respond to security findings, and ensure deployment guardrails.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Work with architects and security teams to align on standards; support recruiting activities.
