Job summary

Kyriba Corp. in Warsaw offers a Director of Engineering for the Base Platform Infrastructure role, leading Kubernetes, networking, storage, and middleware, with hands-on engineering leadership to deliver reliability, scalability, and security at enterprise scale.

You will define strategic technical direction, enforce standards, drive IaC and GitOps, and collaborate with Product and Program Management while ensuring secure, observable platform operations and on-call readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on cloud infrastructure engineering experience including security, reliability, cost.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise and scale-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define and own strategic technical direction of the base platform.
• Lead design and implementation of core platform components (Kubernetes cluster config, storage, networking, middleware).
• Drive IaC and GitOps adoption, ensure automated, auditable pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product/Programs and raise technical risks early.
