Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Platform Engineer to own the design and operation of our Internal Developer Portal (Port.io). You will design automation with Python and Terraform, and build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

You will integrate developer tools into platform workflows, manage AWS infrastructure and IAM policies, and help shape self-service patterns for our engineering teams. Hybrid work model with remote options within Poland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering or DevOps.
• Strong Python and Terraform in production environments.
• Expertise in AWS design and IAM policy management.
• Experience integrating developer tools into platform workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the Internal Developer Portal using Port.io.
• Develop backend automation and integrations using Python and Terraform.
• Design and manage GitHub Actions workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate developer tools (SCM, CI, security, artifact management) into platform workflows.
