Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Platform Engineer to own the design and operation of our Internal Developer Portal (Port.io). You will design automation with Python and Terraform, and build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

You will integrate developer tools into platform workflows, manage AWS infrastructure and IAM policies, and help shape self-service patterns for our engineering teams. Hybrid work model with remote options within Poland.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in platform engineering or DevOps.
Strong Python and Terraform in production environments.
Expertise in AWS design and IAM policy management.
Experience integrating developer tools into platform workflows.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain the Internal Developer Portal using Port.io.
Develop backend automation and integrations using Python and Terraform.
Design and manage GitHub Actions workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
Integrate developer tools (SCM, CI, security, artifact management) into platform workflows.
Implement API-driven onboarding and orchestration of external agent capabilities.
Manage AWS infrastructure, IAM policies, and platform security.
