Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to build and maintain internal developer tooling, automate infrastructure workflows, and strengthen platform security across our engineering ecosystem.

You will develop backend automation with Python and Terraform, manage GitHub Actions pipelines, and design scalable platform solutions with AWS and IAM policies, while collaborating in a hybrid, Poland-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering or DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Python and Terraform in production environments.
• Expertise in AWS infrastructure design and IAM policy management.
• Skills in GitHub Actions CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance.
• Experience integrating developer tools into platform workflows.
• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level.

Requirements
