Job summary

Amentum in Kraków is seeking a Senior Planner & Scheduler to support delivery of complex projects by developing integrated schedules and analyzing performance data.

You will lead scheduling efforts, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance to ensure schedule alignment with business goals. The role requires advanced planning expertise and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of scheduling methodologies, tools and approaches.
• Ability to interpret complex schedule data and provide actionable insights.
• Fluent English at B2 level or higher.
• Several years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Experience in global or regional corporate environments.
• Familiarity with PMI/AACE frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Apply in-depth planning knowledge to support integrated project controls (cost, risk).
• Lead scheduling efforts within projects or programs and mentor junior staff.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment with business goals.
• Monitor and report on schedule performance metrics (EV, SV, forecast).
• Drive continuous improvement in scheduling practices, tools, and reporting.
