Job summary

Amentum is recruiting for a Planning and Scheduling Specialist in Kraków to develop and manage project schedules across multiple projects. You will use Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel to ensure alignment with scope, milestones, and deliverables.

The role requires 3–5 years in planning and scheduling, with familiarity in NEC/FIDIC frameworks and Power BI reporting. Hybrid working options, and a competitive salary package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Business, or related field.
• Typically 3–5 years’ experience in planning and scheduling, preferably within construction or infrastructure.
• Working experience with Primavera P6 is beneficial.
• Experience supporting project scheduling, supply chain schedule coordination, and multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Understanding of basic Integrated Project Controls concepts (cost, schedule, risk) and schedule integration.
• Awareness of NEC/FIDIC contract frameworks and Power BI reporting tools is advantageous.
• Knowledge of project management standards (APM, PMI, AACE or similar) is a plus.
• Fluent English (B2 or higher); Polish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Identify interfaces, dependencies, risks, and opportunities within the schedule.
• Coordinate with supply chain to ensure schedule submissions meet contractual requirements.
• Apply schedule hierarchy, integration, and change control processes.
• Prepare integrated project controls outputs aligning schedule, cost, and risk data.
• Participate in planning and scheduling workshops, reviews, and coordination meetings.
• Review schedule assumptions and outputs; escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor and report schedule performance including progress, forecast to complete, variance, and trends.
