Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional backend development experience, ideally with PHP/Symfony.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiar with relational databases (MariaDB, PostgreSQL).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand the fundamental design principles behind scalable applications.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of technical initiatives to improve product quality.
• Partner with Product to influence roadmap and align engineering with user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time.
• Work with architects to address technical challenges for scalable Marketplace products.
• Own engineering decisions for large topics and features.
• Contribute to improving the product delivery process.
