U.S. Bank / Elavon is seeking a Senior Paralegal for a temporary position in Warsaw. You will provide independent support to the European Legal team across regulatory scanning, contract review, drafting, and research to sustain compliant, efficient legal processes.

The role emphasizes clear judgment, prioritization, and collaboration with lawyers and stakeholders across the business. Location is on-site with standard compensation discussions during the process.

Qualifikationen

• Paralegal qualification from an accredited programme, relevant degree, or equivalent legal experience.
• Experience working in a legal environment, ideally within a financial institution, regulated business or commercial law firm.

Aufgaben

• Undertake regulatory horizon scanning and assess potential impact on USBE’s business.
• Review, analyse and comment on contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Prepare, draft, revise and proofread contracts, amendments, letters and corporate documents.
• Assist lawyers with review and negotiation of commercial and legal agreements; track comments and versions.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research and summarize relevant requirements.
• Help manage and organize legal records, precedents and documentation.
