Qualifications

• Two years of payments or credit experience in one or more of the following functions: credit analyst, underwriter, credit risk review officer, or credit approval officer.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered, particularly where supported by relevant industry knowledge and credit risk assessment expertise. A Master's degree or recognised professional qualification in a business-related field would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analysis of audited financial statements and management accounts across international markets (UK, Ireland, USA, Germany, Poland, France).
• Utilises credit systems to spread financials, evaluate financial strength, interpret key risk indicators, and adjust credit assessments.
• Makes independent credit recommendations with clear rationale to support approvals or declines and outlines required mitigations.
• Completes follow-up issue remediation where applicable.
