Job summary

ING Hubs Poland is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our Deep Dive & Diagnostics team in Warsaw on a STA replacement for approximately one year. You will execute thematic reviews, communicate findings to stakeholders, and help shape the compliance monitoring programme across Wholesale Banking within the EMEA region.

The role requires at least 3 years’ experience in compliance or internal audit, with strong communication and proactive collaboration across levels in the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience and understanding of compliance monitoring, testing and/or internal audit methodologies ideally in financial services environment.
• Ability to take ownership over particular location(s) and liaise with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with EU regulations such as MiFID, MAR/MAD, GDPR, AMLD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute thematic/ process reviews within Wholesale Banking division.
• Communicate findings clearly with stakeholders.
• Plan compliance quality assurance priorities in collaboration with the business.
• Liaise with the business regarding the compliance monitoring programme.
• Participate in Compliance CoE hub activities.
