Job summary

Marsh Risk in Warsaw seeks a senior leader to shape placement and policy servicing strategy within a fast-paced, client-centric environment. This hybrid role requires being in the office at least three days per week.

You will lead the function, partner with business leaders to improve processes, drive automation, and ensure governance and risk controls align with Marsh standards. A strong insurance background and people leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• 10+ years total experience, 5+ years in insurance/financial services.
• Strong leadership and people management in operations, insurance or financial services.
• Excellent communication and ability to handle difficult conversations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Placement and Policy Servicing function with strategic direction and service excellence.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to enhance client experience and service quality.
• Drive process improvement, standardization, automation and transformation initiatives.
• Support and develop team leaders, strengthening leadership capability and talent pipeline.
• Lead centralization and change initiatives with clear roadmaps and governance.
• Monitor performance, service levels, workload and operational risk.
• Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with Marsh standards and transparency requirements.
