Job summary

Infra One, part of the Allocator One ecosystem, seeks a Senior Generalist to lead core operational processes, manage complex admin and financial workflows, and mentor junior colleagues across time zones. This 100% remote role supports leadership and cross-border collaboration.

Strong English, attention to detail, and independence are essential. Based in Poland, the Philippines, or Latin America, you will coordinate CRM, finance, and onboarding while contributing to global initiatives and sponsor

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in remote operations, administration, or project coordination.
• Strong command of English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Slack.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Proven ability to work independently across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational processes across CRM, finance, and internal coordination.
• Manage global calendars, meetings, and communications.
• Track invoices, receipts, and expense reports across departments.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Conduct research for sponsorships, partnerships, and event co-hosting.
• Ensure high-quality handovers and daily reporting through Slack. Mentor junior generalists to ensure consistency and continuous improvement.

Your Mission

As a Senior Generalist, your mission is to lead and execute core operational processes that keep Allocator One running efficiently. You will manage complex administrative, financial, and project-related workflows, support leadership directly, and mentor junior team members across time zones.
