Woodward Poland Sp.zo.o in Niepołomice, Poland, is seeking a quality professional to ensure compliance with EASA Part 145 and FAA and to support MRO operations. You will review maintenance records, manage NCRs, and lead CAPA investigations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 3–5 years in aerospace quality, with strong audit experience and Polish and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting audits and strong problem-solving skills.
• Polish and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support MRO operations by ensuring regulatory and internal quality compliance.

Job description

What You Will Do:Support MRO operations by ensuring compliance with EASA Part 145, FAA, customer, and internal quality requirements.Review maintenance records, repair documentation, and certification packages to ensure regulatory compliance.Manage and support investigation of NCRs, escapes, customer complaints, and audit findings.Lead or support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Conduct internal audits, process audits, and product compliance reviews.Support customer, regulatory, and certification audits.Review technical data, including CMMs, Service Bulletins, Engineering Orders, and customer specifications.Monitor quality performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Planning, and Certifying Staff to resolve quality issues.Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, compliance, quality, and turnaround time.What You Will Need:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Aerospace, or a related field preferred.3-5 years of experience in aerospace quality, preferably within an MRO or Part 145 environment.Knowledge of EASA Part 145, FAA regulations, and AS9100 quality management systems.Experience with non-conformance management and root cause analysis methodologies.Ability to interpret engineering drawings, maintenance manuals, and technical specifications.Experience supporting customer and regulatory audits.Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.Proficiency with quality management systems and electronic documentation tools.Communicative Polish and English skills requiredWhat You Will Gain:Salary range from 9000 to 14 500 PLN gross – depending on experienceAdvancement opportunities in international teamA total rewards package, that includes: private health insurance, life & accidental insuranceMultisport packageMeal VouchersCompany performance bonus programPPK: Woodward offers payment to your PPK account up to 4% of your compensation depending on seniorityEducational support
