Job summary

Equinix, Inc. in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an Operations Compliance Manager (Expert level) to lead audits and ensure local regulatory alignment across sites in the EMEA region.

As SME for complex compliance topics, you will identify risks, manage findings and certifications, develop local procedures, and coordinate cross‑functional actions with regional and global stakeholders. The role requires travel and offers opportunities to influence standards and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven years of experience in relevant field of compliance preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; professional certifications preferred (QISBC/EHS).
• Strong knowledge of audit processes, regulatory standards and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Plans and leads complex compliance audits.
• Acts as SPOC for the Compliance Center of Excellence (COE) for advanced audits.
• Maintains and reviews compliance records in local/global repositories.
• Develops and maintains local procedures to meet regulatory and Equinix requirements.
• Produces advanced compliance reports and KPIs for management.
• Leads compliance projects and process improvement with regional/global stakeholders.
