Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. seeks a Compliance Specialist to support its Ethics & Compliance program across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

You will partner with the Regulatory & Compliance team and other functions to drive operational excellence and risk-based decisions. The role requires a strong understanding of ethics and compliance principles, robust program management, and the ability to scale operations with automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or regional equivalent.
• 5+ years at a global company designing, implementing, operating, monitoring, and improving ethics and compliance programs and internal controls.
• Expertise with compliance software, data analytics, dashboards, and workflow automation.
• CCEP/CCEP-I, Fraud Examiner (CFE), Leadership Professional in Ethics & Compliance (LPEC) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate the regional compliance program to align with global and local laws, and Cisco policies.
• Drive implementation of processes to mitigate risk and promote Cisco’s compliance culture.
• Scale ethics and compliance operations through automation and AI with data‑driven decisions.
• Support regional committees and teams in training, third party diligence, conflicts of interest, audits and investigations.
