Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is hiring a Clinical Data Manager II/Senior for a global team. Based in Poland, Hungary, Romania, Serbia or Slovakia, you will lead data management for trials, oversee data entry, CRF specs, and database builds with a focus on quality and timelines.

You will supervise and train staff, review data according to the Data Management Plan, and interact with sponsors and vendors to meet deliverables. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Lead DM role for assigned projects ensuring back-up, continuity and timely tasks.
• Oversee data entry processes, guidelines and training; assess timelines and resources.
• May perform quality control of data entry and data management documentation.
• Experience with CRF specs and database build UAT; develop edit check specs.
• Provide leadership across cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary DM contact for projects and ensure data quality and timelines.
• Oversee data entry and develop guidelines, including data entry quality and resourcing.
• Coordinate CRF specifications from study protocols and review feedback.
• Lead database build, UAT and documentation to ensure TMF completeness.
• Train staff on CRF/EDC and monitor data management activities.
