Job summary

Aon is seeking a skilled Internal Consulting professional in Krakow to help design and deliver a multi-year Operating Model Transformation. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely and from the Krakow office.

You will translate strategy into actionable insights, prepare materials for senior stakeholders, and collaborate with Technology, Finance, HR, and Risk & Compliance to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business analysis, consulting, operations improvement, or transformation programmes.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI or process mapping software is an advantage.
• Strong communication and partner management skills across teams and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of current processes, org structures, and performance drivers.
• Gather, validate, and interpret data to support decision-making.
• Synthesize inputs into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Support design of the future operating model, documenting requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Prepare materials for senior collaborators including presentations, reports, and steering committee updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress.
• Capture feedback and incorporate into solutions, documentation, and outputs.
• Support change activities, including SOPs, training materials, and knowledge sharing.
