Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior / Project Manager to lead Phase I–IV oncology trials. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple regions, manage budgets, and ensure timelines and quality meet high standards.

The role is remote for Europe-based candidates with potential international travel. Strong PM background, oncology experience, and ICH-GCP knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of clinical pharmaceutical industry experience, Oncology PM preferred, CRO experience acceptable.
• Proven success leading multidisciplinary cross-functional teams in clinical research.
• Strong knowledge of PM principles: time, quality, cost, resources, risk management.
• Solid budgeting experience and financial acumen.
• Thorough understanding of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Phase I–IV clinical trials from start-up to closeout.
• Direct cross-functional project teams and coordinate stakeholders, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Develop, maintain, and adapt project plans, timelines, and resource strategies.
• Manage project budgets and ensure alignment with contracts and business goals.
• Serve as primary client contact and build strong relationships.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to keep studies on track.
• Foster a collaborative, multicultural team environment.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, timeline, and regulatory expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution.
