Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager with Oncology expertise to drive global CRO trials from proposal through delivery. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and serve as primary client liaison across Ph I–IV studies.

The role is remote from Poland with international travel, requiring strong GCP knowledge, vendor coordination, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent life science qualification.
• Experience in a full service/global PM role in CRO.
• At least 4 years PM experience on oncology trials.
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH and clinical development.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical projects in scope and budget; may run international trials.
• Be primary client liaison for excellent service and presentations.
• Coordinate with project team and senior management across Precision and sponsors.
• Oversee data management, safety, clinical, medical monitoring and biostatistics.
• Prepare status updates, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Develop protocols and study documents such as plans and budgets.
