Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior/Project Manager to lead Phase I–IV clinical trials across local, regional, and global studies. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and maintain client relationships to ensure quality and compliance.

In this remote European role, you’ll balance operational excellence with stakeholder management, travel as needed, and collaboration across global teams to deliver exceptional trial outcomes.

Qualificações

• University or college degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of clinical pharmaceutical industry experience with Oncology PM exposure.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary, cross-functional project teams.
• Strong knowledge of PM principles including time, quality, cost, and resource planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery of Phase I-IV clinical trials from study start-up through closeout.
• Direct cross-functional project teams and coordinate internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Develop and adapt project plans, timelines, and resource strategies to support study success.
• Manage project budgets and financial performance.
• Serve as the primary client contact and build strong relationships.
• Identify project risks and implement solutions to keep studies on track.
• Foster a collaborative team environment across global and multicultural settings.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, timeline, regulatory, and client expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for better operational efficiency.
