Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager with oncology expertise to oversee full-service global trials (Ph I-IV) from Poland or remotely. You will lead projects, manage budgets and cross-functional teams, and maintain client relationships while ensuring timelines and quality.

Role requires CRO experience, GCP/ICH knowledge, and strong communication in English. You will drive study scope, cost control, and collaboration with internal and sponsor teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Degree or similar life science qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in a full service/global Project Management role in CRO industry is essential.
• At least 4 years full service Project Management in clinical trials.
• Experience managing studies within Oncology.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development process.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Proficient in English both written and spoken.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, MS Project) and software experience (CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS).

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical projects in accordance with study budget and scope.
• Serve as primary client liaison and contribute to proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate with project team and senior management, including executives.
• Manage all aspects of a clinical trial or trials.
• Oversee data management, safety, clinical, medical monitoring and biostatistics.
• Prepare status updates and define performance metrics for clients and management.
• Contribute to efficient management and execution of trials.
• Prepare and review protocols and study documents.
