Job summary

SeaRenergy Group seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor (m/f/d) for offshore wind to coordinate the handover of foundation maintenance scope in Łeba, Poland. You will work with client supervisors and the project team to prepare the maintenance plan and define the team structure, supporting mobilisation and ongoing supervision.

Ideal candidates have mechanical/electrical/industrial maintenance qualifications, offshore wind experience, and strong organisational and English skills.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance.
• Experience in maintenance supervision offshore wind or related fields.
• Experience coordinating handover of maintenance scopes between providers.
• Ability to translate contractual requirements into practical work packages.
• Understanding contractor coordination and on/offshore interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the handover of the foundation maintenance scope from the current service provider to SeaRenergy, working with client supervisors and project stakeholders.
• Familiarise with contractual scope, project docs, technical requirements and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Prepare a maintenance plan based on project docs and work scope.
• Develop contractor organisation chart for onshore/offshore maintenance personnel, defining responsibilities and interfaces.
• Coordinate transfer and review of maintenance documentation and actions to ensure a structured handover.
• Support mobilisation by identifying personnel, tools, materials, and equipment needs with the project team.
• Supervise and coordinate foundation maintenance activities from Łeba post-mobilisation.
• Monitor progress, maintain maintenance records and report risks and resource needs.
• Promote safe working practices and compliance with project procedures and HSE standards.
